Good job! You’re one step closer to realizing you’re just a baby! Now take a picture of your accident. Just some evidence in case you start trying to pretend you’re an adult again. Send the picture to your significant other now. Tell them the truth; you had an accident and peed yourself. They will understand, after all they already know you were pretending to be an adult. Upload the picture to your account and caption it “Only babies pee their pants”. Let all your followers know what you did.

Now for the final step in convincing yourself you’re only pretending to be an adult: protection. You just pissed yourself, which means you can’t be trusted to go around in normal adult clothes. Go out to the nearest pharmacy in your wet pants and buy a package of pull-ups. Checkout with the cashier, who will of course know you’re buying the pull-ups for yourself, and go home. Take off your wet pants and undies and change yourself into one of your pull-ups. Finally you’re protected from your little pee pee accidents. But pull-ups have a tendency to leak and might give you the illusion you might still be an adult. Go on Amazon and look up ABDL diapers and pick out the design that makes you feel the most like a baby.
